We are hiring: Global Customer Support Manager

deWiz Golf is a fast growing company that sells a revolutionary technical training aid direct to consumers in 50+ countries through our website and select coaches globally to help golfers improve their swing. 

We are looking for a customer support manager to ensure that our customers, and prospective customers, will have the best experience with our products and services. You will run our daily customer support and logistics operations, meeting company KPI’s and growth goals to make sure that customers and prospective customers receive the support and service they expect from deWiz.

You will be working remotely managing a team of three spread around the globe, and we expect you to be a leader by example. Your role is also a link between the customer and our different departments - being the voice of the customer within the organization.

 

Among your responsibilities will be:

- Successfully meet customer support goals and KPI’s.
- Develop the function towards a proactive customer success experience.
- Managing a customer support team of hourly employees and expanding it with full-time hires as we continue to grow.
- Coordinate user and product issue handling together with relevant departments and partners.
- Supporting the sales department with customer management and administration.
- Manage supply chain operations and logistical partners, ensuring we have the right delivery option for each market.

      Who are you?
      You love to solve problems, and helping people reach a solution to their issues puts a smile on your face.

      We believe that you take ownership and are motivated by managing responsibilities and executing tasks that have a direct and measurable impact on a larger scale.

      You have experience in customer service, and have probably worked with either an ecommerce company or other B2C company or brand previously. You have worked within the Zendesk environment, or something very similar, and it’s positive if you have experience working with Salesforce. You also have some experience with supply chain and logistics management.

      You probably have an interest in golf and other personal characteristics include being curious and willing to learn, organized, structured and wanting to take on responsibility.


      Who are we?

      deWiz has been under development for more than five years to create a wearable technology that tracks the exact position of a golfer’s hands throughout the swing, which provides a 3D analysis and data showing Transition, Backswing Length, Wedge Distance and Tempo via a user-friendly app. Since our launch last summer we are experiencing exponential growth and you will receive a unique opportunity to join in the early stages of a growth company.
