DeWiz Golf Club Head Speed Challenge Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States of America.

Employees of DeWiz Golf and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

Participants must post their results on their Instagram story and tag @dewizgolf.
Complete the challenge by submitting the screenshot of your recorded club head speed to info@dewizgolf.com.
Swings must be made with a ball, practice swings are not allowed.
Entries must be submitted by 10/14/2024.

3. Contest Period:

The giveaway begins on October 7th and ends on October 14th.
All entries must be received by submitted by 23:59 on the final day of the contest.

4. Prize:

The winners (3) will receive DeWiz Golf microfiber towel.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

The winners will be selected based off the fastest club head speed.

6. Notification:

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours after the challenge ends.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow DeWiz Golf to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. General Conditions:

DeWiz Golf reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity of the giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of DeWiz Golf, which are final.

9. Release of Liability:

Participants release DeWiz Golf and its affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway or any injuries incurred as a result of participation.

10. Governing Law:

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
