Return policy

We believe deWiz™ brings exceptional value in helping you improve your game. However, if for some reason you regret your purchase or for other reasons wish to return the product, we will help you with that as well. Our return policy is detailed below and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

DEWIZ GOLF AB’S RETURN POLICY

deWiz Golf has a 30-day return policy, starting when the product is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in like new condition, and in the original packaging with all original labels attached. To receive a full refund the deWiz and charging cable must be included in your return.

You are responsible for the costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Some items are not eligible for returns, including: 

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received and accepted (or rejected) your return.‎

If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Some refunds may take until your next billing cycle to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Any customer making a return that includes a promotional offer or item hereby agrees that the value of the item or promotional offer shall be deducted from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGES

Normally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged for reasons not due to your error or misuse. However, there might be other situations where a request for exchange could be accepted.  If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at: support@dewizgolf.com and explain your problem. We will do our best to help you solve the situation. Do not send the product to us unless invited to do so.


deWiz golf will only honor refunds/exchanges on items purchased directly from dewizgolf.com or in person . If your deWiz was purchased from another distributor, you will need to contact them directly regarding their refund/exchange program.

RETURN PROCESS

If above guidelines have been met, please contact us at support@dewizgolf.com with your name, e-mail address and order confirmation number.

US AND SWEDEN ONLY

Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE OF US AND SWEDEN)

After contacting us we will send you the return address, and you may use a carrier of your choosing. We recommend that you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference. Sending your tracking number to support@dewizgolf.com is highly recommended to ensure you meet our 30-day trial policy. To meet this policy, you must apply for your return by Day 30.
